Finnish Partners respect the information provided by our customers. Because we gather certain types of information when our customers communicate with us, we believe you should fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the information we capture and the use of that information. This privacy statement discloses the type of information we capture about our customers, how we use it to communicate with our customers, and how you can request to no longer receive communications from Finnish Partners

Other than cookies, as described below, the only personal information Finnish Partners currently collects through its websites is the information you voluntarily give us when you use our sites. For example, you may use this site to contact Finnish Partners with questions and comments. When you fill out a form on our websites, you may provide your name and other contact information, including your company’s name, your e-mail address, and your mailing address or the mailing address of your company or other personal information. If you do not wish to fill out all of the information on the form you are not required to do so. Most of our registration forms require only your name and e-mail address. When you submit information to us through the Finnish Partners websites, you will receive a confirmation e-mail if you enter a valid e-mail address. When you use our websites to search for information on products or services, you are not providing us with any personal information. We offer the search features as a service to you. Finnish Partners does not collect or retain any identifying information about you when you use the search features.

How We Use Personal Information

Finnish Partners uses the personal data information you provide to answer your question or resolve your problem. Finnish Partners and our affiliates also use this information to help us improve the content and functionality of our websites, to better understand our customers and markets, and to improve our products and services. If you so choose, Finnish Partners and our affiliates may use this information to contact you in the future to tell you about products or services we believe will be of interest to you. Sweepstakes, Contests and Promotions

We may offer sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions (any, a “Promotion”) through the Finnish Partners Platform that may require providing Personal Information to register. By participating in a Promotion, you are agreeing to the official rules that govern that Promotion, which may contain specific requirements of you, including, allowing the sponsor of the Promotion to use your name, voice and/or likeness in advertising or marketing associated with the Promotion. Social Media Features and Widgets

Our Web Site includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social media Features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

EU Safe Harbor Statement

The United States Department of Commerce and the European Commission have agreed on a set of data protection principles and frequently asked questions to enable U.S. companies to satisfy the requirement under European Union law that adequate protection be provided to Personal Information transferred from the European Economic Area to the United States (the “U.S.-EU Safe Harbor”). Finnish Partners complies with the U.S.-E.U. Re-Targeted Advertising 

We partner with a third party ad network to either display advertising on our Web site or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our ad network partner uses cookies, pixel tags, and other ad targeting technologies to collect non-personally identifiable information about your activities on this and other Web sites to provide you targeted advertising based upon your interests. If you wish to not have this information used for the purpose of serving you targeted ads, you may opt-out by clicking here. Please note this does not opt you out of being served advertising. You will continue to receive generic ads.

Finnish Partners regularly reviews its compliance with this Privacy Policy. Please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding this Privacy Policy or Finnish Partner’s treatment of personal information. When we receive formal written complaints, it is Finnish Partner’s policy to contact the complaining customer or user regarding his or her concerns.

Children’s Privacy

This Site is not directed to children under the age of thirteen and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen on the Site. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a visitor under the age of thirteen on the Site, we will delete the information from our records.
